“At Mini Maris, I pour love, fun, and happiness into every puffy pancake — bringing a taste of my home to your celebration” – Emily.
Mini Maris was lovingly created by Emily – a seaside mum with two little girls and a big dream. What began as a spark of creativity between nap times and beach walks has grown into a heartfelt venture, bringing joy, sweetness and togetherness to celebrations across Cornwall.
With a background in nursing and a love for beautiful details, Emily pours care into every pancake she makes – from locally sourced ingredients to the floral touches on the cart. Alongside her two ‘mini maris’, she’s building something truly special; a business born from love, resilience, and the simple happiness of sharing a sweet treat.
